Orbital Horizons Unveils the “AstraOne” — A New Era of Space Travel Begins
Cape Canaveral, FL — October 14, 2025 — Orbital Horizons today announced the launch of AstraOne, its next-generation reusable space shuttle designed to make space travel faster, safer, and more sustainable than ever before.
AstraOne represents a major milestone in modern aerospace engineering, combining advanced composite materials with AI-assisted navigation and a fully reusable propulsion system. The shuttle can carry up to 12 passengers and 6,000 kg of cargo into low Earth orbit, reducing mission costs by more than 60% compared to previous models.
“Our goal was to make space not just reachable, but routine,” said Dr. Elena Vargas, CEO of Orbital Horizons. “With AstraOne, we’re moving one step closer to a future where space travel becomes an everyday reality.”
The first crewed test flight is scheduled for early 2026, with plans to expand to lunar orbit missions by 2028.
